Our Team.
Renewed Performance is a private practice built for high performers who refuse to slow down. Our elite providers don't just treat the injury, we find what's actually causing it, fix it at the root, and build the body that keeps up with your life. Dr. Tag founded Renewed Performance on a belief most providers never voice out loud: familiarity is a slow death. The movement patterns, habits, and compensations your body has relied on for decades are often the exact source of your breakdown. His job is to find them, expose them, and rebuild the body that keeps up with your life.
Dr. Tag specializes in the performance and longevity of competitive equestrians. He understands that riding demands more from the human body than most sports, asymmetrical loading, years of repetitive pattern, and a rider culture that treats pain as weakness and pushes through until something breaks. He works with equestrians who are tired of being managed and ready to actually fix it.
His approach treats the body as a connected system. The source of your problem is rarely where you feel it. Where most providers treat the symptom, Dr. Tag traces it to the root, and rebuilds from there.
He has worked with Olympic, professional, and amateur riders across all disciplines and presented his own research on longevity in professional athletes at national and international conferences. The online course he developed with a grand prix dressage trainer has helped riders all over the world fix longstanding faults in their riding. He brings that same performance lens to every rider he works with regardless of discipline or competitive level.
A fourth-generation Palm Beach County native, Dr. Tag earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from High Point University and captained the wrestling team at Messiah University. He built Renewed Performance across three private locations embedded inside elite facilities in Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Wellington, the equestrian capital of the world.
Outside the practice, Dr. Tag and his wife Dr. Steph mentor at-risk youth. He trains at CrossFit and shares his home with an XL pitbull named Skuggi who has never dreamed of being "average".
Co-Founder, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dietitian Nutritionist
Dr. Stephanie Wilber PT, DPT, RDN, LAT, ATC, Cert. DN
Dr. Steph holds a distinction that exists nowhere else in the world. She is the only provider globally credentialed as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and Certified Athletic Trainer simultaneously. She created a fundamentally different way of seeing the human body. Where most providers treat movement or nutrition in isolation, Dr. Steph treats them as a single system. Because they are.
Her clientele are high performers who refuse to accept decline. Palm Beach executives, competitive golfers, pickleball players, weightlifters, and gymnasts who want to know not just how to fix what's broken, but how to build a body that stays unbroken. Her approach addresses movement dysfunction at the root, pairs it with nutritional strategy that supports performance and longevity, and delivers results that outlast the treatment room.
Dr. Steph presented her research on athlete health and longevity at national and international conferences. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from High Point University, her Nutrition and Dietetics credentials from the University of Arizona, and competed in track and field at Messiah University. She brings the same competitive standard to every client she works with.
Outside the practice, Dr. Steph and her husband Dr. Tag mentor at-risk youth through Urban Youth Impact. She trains at CrossFit, grows things, cooks things, and enjoys walking downtown with her XL pitbull Skuggi who embodies the same mindset as everyone at Renewed Performance. No average allowed.
