Dr. Tag is a highly respected physical therapist in South Florida, known for helping people find lasting solutions to their pain.

With a unique philosophy that treats the body as a connected system, Dr. Tag excels at identifying the true sources of pain—often far from where symptoms appear—offering insights that many other providers overlook. His approach helps patients not only understand how their body moves but also the underlying cause of their pain. By focusing on neuromuscular dysfunction, his treatments teach your body how to move efficiently again, restoring mobility and function.

Dr. Tag has worked with recreational athletes, professionals, and Olympians, helping them reach their peak performance. His clientele spans equestrians, CrossFit athletes, runners, boxers, tennis players and team-sport competitors, all of whom have thrived under his care. He firmly believes that your body should never hold you back from doing what you love.

A fourth-generation Florida native, Dr. Tag grew up in Palm Beach County. He earned his bachelor's degree in Applied Health Science from Messiah University, where he captained the wrestling team. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the innovative High Point University, where he presented his research on longevity in professional athletes at national and international conferences.
At Renewed Performance, Dr. Tag has built an extensive network of physicians, gyms, trainers, and sports specialists to ensure you have the resources and support needed to achieve your goals.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Tag lives in West Palm Beach with his wife, Steph. Together, they serve their community by mentoring at-risk youth and sharing eternal truths alongside Urban Youth Impact. In his free time, he enjoys CrossFit and spending quality time with his XL pitbull, Skuggi.
Dr. Tag is excited to partner with you in overcoming your challenges and helping you perform at your best!
